6. US State Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA/VCDPA/CPA)

6.2 "Sale" or "Sharing" of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for monetary value. However, allowing advertising partners to collect identifiers for interest-based advertising may be considered "sharing" or "selling" under certain state laws.

Right to Opt-Out: You have the right to opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. You can do this by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" or "Ask App Not to Track" in your device settings.

7. Children's Privacy

7.1 COPPA (USA)

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If a user identifies as under 13, we will either block them from providing personal information or ensure we obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting such information.

7.2 GDPR-K (Europe)

We do not process data of children under the age of digital consent (13-16 depending on member state) for personalized advertising or analytics without verified parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under the age limit without verification, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

8. Apple iOS Specific Terms

If you use our Service on an Apple iOS device, the following applies:

• App Tracking Transparency (ATT): We will request your permission through the iOS pop-up before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes. You can manage this permission in iOS Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
• Data Deletion: In compliance with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines, you may request the deletion of your account and associated data directly within the app (if account functionality exists) or by contacting us.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When data is no longer needed, it is either anonymized or securely deleted.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration by third parties. Although we make good faith efforts to store the information collected on the Service in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage on our systems.
